This was an annual service of a Vaillant ecoMAX Pro 28 E heat only boiler, in Mosborough, Sheffield, S12.
I don’t come across many of these boilers in the area I work in to be honest. Most of them I come across are branded as Glowworm hxi boilers which is almost identical to the ecoMAX Pro. The ecoTEC Plus 400 Series which supersedes the ecoMAX Pro is also very similar.
All three models suffer from the same issues such as failure of burner door seals, printed circuit board’s, and flue gas conveyors. These are some of the things that need to be checked as failure of the burner door seals or flue gas conveyor can destroy a boiler if left long enough.

The condensate that leaks from the flue gas conveyor and bottom burner door seal is corrosive, and will corrode through a boiler casing and other components if left leaking long enough. Thats why it is important to get these appliances checked over periodically.

I cover most of Barnsley including central Barnsley, Birdwell, Stairfoot, Worsborough, Kendray, Ardsley, Athersley, Monk Bretton, Lundwood, Royston, Brierley, Cudworth, Cortonwood, Great Houghton, Shafton, South Hiendley, Brampton, Darfield, Wombwell, Hemingfield, Elsecar, Hoyland, Jump, Barugh Green, Cawthorne, Darton, Dodworth, Gawber, Mapplewell, Pogmoor, Staincross, Wilthorpe, Worsbrough, Thurnscoe and Tankersley.
Doncaster:
I cover a small part of Doncaster including central Adwick, Conisborough, Edlington, Warmsworth and Mexborough.
