Richard stepped in to fix our boiler two days before Christmas after we’d been badly let down by our insurance company and were facing a festive period with no heating. Richard came out the same day, had the right part in stock and got the boiler up and running in an hour. Top service and highly recommended.

Recently moved into a house with a Vaillant boiler (??) but there turned out to be a problem and it shut down. Not good in December (??). A quick internet search brought up Richard’s website and later that day he arrived. He immediately diagnosed a previous botch-job repair and showed me the evidence. Despite an awkward location for the boiler, he did a proper repair and a full service there and then. A very fair price for the time and materials. Great job, great service – highly recommended. ?

Richard replaced our newly installed but terrible thermostat, which came free with a new Vaillant boiler. He arrived within a couple of days of me contacting him and worked quickly and conscientiously. He spotted an error that our original installer had made within the boiler itself and his corrective action has brought our bills down to the level we expected. Would recommend.

I cannot recommend Richard highly enough, He is extremely reliable, friendly, professional and very conscientious about not leaving a mess for you to clean up. He even came out at very short notice when our boiler stopped working. Our heating has never worked properly in the eight years since it was fitted. Richard picked up on the problem straight away and sorted it. We didn’t know it was possible for our house to be this warm!

Richard messaged me when he said he would and contacted me Ion the day of his visit to say he could be available. He was at the house two hours and serviced the boiler , got it working and the heating too . All for a feasible price too.

Richard was an absolute delight. He was extremely knowledgable about our boiler and I felt he went the extra mile to ensure it was back up to full working order. He worked on our boiler for over 2 hours giving it a full service and also repairing the initial fault. His prices are extremely competitive. Last time we had work done with the boiler I paid £100 more. Definitely recommend Richard.

Our 18 year old Vaillant TurboMax failed to deliver hot water and you start to think that’s it, a new one is needed along with a £1000+ bill. A quick call to Richard and a short visit results in a fix and everything working as normal at the fraction of the price of a new unit. He carried the spares on his van so ordering new parts and a second visit wasn’t necessary. Great service and very knowledgeable about the Vailant product range.

Arrived on the day advised despite having other jobs to finish. Richard diagnosed a problem with the PCB, pressure sensor and minor leak. All fixed without fuss at an unbeatable price.

No drama, no shocks, just what I had hoped for. Just wish all trades people were as transparent as this.

Richard arrived on the day promised and fixed a fault with a new PCB, sensor and seal to cure a small leak. There was no fuss, pictures of the faults he found were shown to us and I was very happy with the price. He had parts which allowed repair the same day.

Thank you, the house is now toasty warm again without resetting every couple of hours.

Richard was incredibly helpful. He was able to book a visit for my boiler the same day i called. He was on time and super professional. He got our boiler up and running again with 20 mins but stayed to check everything else was working fine. As someone who really dosnt have a clue about boilers, he explained how it worked very clearly and sent me the manuals for the boiler too. Honestly I would highly recommend his services!

Called Richard to assess the condition of my very reliable Vaillant Boiler . Within two days Richard was able to provide a preliminary quote and then attended my house to condict a full survey. He was quickly able to diagnose a diverter valve fault and also to upgrade the boiler with oem mods. He had all the parts necessary and completed the work to a very high standard. First class professional service and i am happy now that i have Richard as a future contact if i have any issues. But in essence i now have a boiler that will run for another 10 years !!!
