This was a repair I did on a Vaillant ecoTEC Plus 831 combi boiler recently for a customer of mine in Rotherham S66. It started off as an intermittent issue which only seemed to affect the central heating, where it would not come on at times.

I was asked to have a look at a Vaillant ecoTEC plus 415, 15KW heat only boiler in Sheffield, that would reset but was failing to light displaying the F.28 fault code. They had no hot water and no central heating.

Vaillant ecotec plus 831 pump replacement
This was a repair on a Vaillant ecotec Plus 831 in Sheffield, S11. The pump was still working but was failing and was making a rumbling noise at certain speeds.
On these models the pump can vary its speed depending on the load on the system. As such I have found that often they may run quietly until they run at a certain speed at which point they can be quite loud.
Vaillant ecotec F.75 repair
This was a repair I did on a Vaillant ecotec pro which had stopped working altogether. The display was showing the dreaded, yet extremely common F.75 fault code. The early versions of the ecotec boilers were fitted with problematic pumps and early versions of the pressure sensors also suffered from issues.
Vaillant ecoMAX 835 Service & Repair
This was the first of 6 jobs I did on Friday the 2nd of November for a good customer of mine who lives in Barnsley, S70. These 6 jobs included 4 repairs and 2 services. I only got in at 20:00 that evening but I was able to complete all 6 jobs!
Vaillant ecotec Plus 937 hot water repair
This was a repair I did this week on Wednesday, on a Vaillant ecotec Plus 937, in Norton, Sheffield, S11, South Yorkshire. The issue was with the hot water not working properly.
I can typically repair hot water issues with the 937 within one visit. I carry plenty of spares these models including the expensive actoSTOR pump that you will read about.
Vaillant TURBOmax Plus 828E Repair
This was another Vaillant TURBOmax Plus 828E I worked on this week, this one being a repair of a faulty printed circuit board. this was a job for a customer of mine who lives in S70, Barnsley, South Yorkshire.
This boiler is installed in a fairly large house and the customer actually has 3 of them which service various parts of the house.
