This was a repair on a Vaillant ecoTEC Pro 28 Combi boiler that I did yesterday in Darton, Barnsley, S75.The issue was that the radiators would start getting hot when the hot tap was being run, which is not an uncommon fault with combi boilers in general.

This Vaillant repair job was for a customer in Rotherham which I did last week. The boiler was an old ecotec pro 28 which needed needed a service and needed the flexible rubber flow and return pipes replacing. The boiler had not been serviced in its 10 year life.
This was a repair I did last week in Dodworth, Barnsley, S75. The boiler was a pre 2012 Vaillant ecotec pro 28 which had an intermittent F.61 fault and was losing pressure as it had a leak. I was able to repair this boiler with one visit.
This was just supposed to be a standard service on a boiler which I serviced a couple of years prior. When I was checking the boiler over I noticed that the diverter valve was leaking slightly when it was moving between domestic hot water and central heating mode.
